“I started attending Carolyn's weekly Pilates classes years ago after a physiotherapist recommended Pilates for my lower back pain. Carolyn has helped me deal with that, and other issues, so at 64 I am pain free with flexible joints. It has been like having a personal trainer in the classes as Carolyn can remember everyone's name, their problem areas and is able to suggest alternative moves for us if necessary. Carolyn is knowledgeable, approachable and makes the classes fun and varied. I look forward to my weekly sessions.”
