How RediscoverYou works 

This is a 9 week program where we meet weekly at Chevening Church Hall, Homedean Road, Sevenoaks, TN13 2RU (week 5 is an online individual coaching session).

Each week we will

Discuss - one of the ‘non negotiables’, starting with stress. You’ll understand clearly how stress impacts our menopause health.

Reflection – taking time to look at stress in your own life & how impactful it is

Planning – writing down in your journal a plan of action – what you can do tomorrow & next week to reduce your stress or manage your stress effectively.

Move – fill your toolbox with either breath practice, pelvic health strategies or gentle yoga

Sprinkle of Magic – how can you include some fun into your day & week? How you can add joy into every day to boost your entire wellbeing & light up your life.

Helping you progress through the course there is

  • Facebook group for community & support

  • Weekly ‘check in’s’ from me by whatsapp or phone

  • A dedicated client page on my website for information & access to further reading
