At no other stage in life do women need to be in charge of their own health as they do before, during and after menopause.

As a 50 year old woman myself, I truly understand the possible anxieties, worries and concerns women have regarding our health at this stage and I know I can help.

WORKSHOP INFORMATION

 

Women can live up to a third of their lives post menopause, so let’s aim to live well and enjoy it! Let’s take charge of our lives and minimise the symptoms of the menopause.

Perimenopause are the years leading up to the menopause. This stage can last between 4 and 10 years. Symptoms can be sporadic and intermittent. Menopause is when you have not had a period for 12 months. Leading into the post menopause where symptoms you have previously experienced gradually start to reduce. Women will experience differing symptoms as well as differing  levels of symptoms. Research clearly shows a genetic link to your menopause journey.

This workshop covers everything you need to know, including:

  • Supplements and natural remedies
