Whether you are starting back after an injury or illness or taking on a sporting challenge, 1 2 1 sessions are tailored to your specific needs & goals. We use a range of equipment, including weights, pilates reformer & other small equipment . Chose a package that would suit you best.

Each session is one hour & includes goal setting, weekly homework. motivational ‘check in’s’ & nutrition coaching (12 week option only)
1 2 1 REFORMER PILATES
If you are looking to improve your strength flexibility, balance & boost your confidence, reformer pilates is for you.
Reformer Pilates is suitable for people of all fitness levels, including those who have never done Pilates before. The Reformer uses springs, pulleys and your own bodyweight on a moving carriage to create resistance that can be adjusted to accommodate different levels of strength and flexibility. This makes it an ideal exercise option for anyone (of any age!) including beginners.
